(CASE NO.27-RG/2011) RECRUITMENT TO (130) PERMANENT POSTS (INCLUDING 03-POSTS RESERVED FOR DISABLED PERSON, 07-POSTS FOR MINORITIES & 07-POSTS FOR WOMEN) OF DEPUTY ACCOUNTANT (BS-14) IN THE PUNJAB TREASURIES ESTABLISHMENT UNDER THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
QUALIFICATION: Graduate (2nd Division) from a recognized University. Preference will be given to a computer literate.
PAY WITH ALLOWANCES: BS-14 (Rs.8000-610-26300)
AGE: 18 to 25+5 years general age relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab (S&GAD) Notification No.SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006 = 30 years on 02-01-2012.
DOMICILE: Domiciled in any district of Province of the Punjab.
GENDER: Both Male & Female.
SYLLABUS AND SCOPE OF WRITTEN TEST:
One paper general ability written test (Objective type) will be of Graduate level comprising questions on English, Urdu, General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Islamiat and Computer Science.
PLACE OF POSTING: District Treasuries / District Accounts Offices at all district head-quarters and Sub-Treasuries at all Tehsil head-quarters.
1. Applicants are required to submit ONLINE Application Forms by the closing date - which is 02-01-2012.
a) Original Treasury receipt of Rs.400/- under head: “C02101-ORGANIZATIONS OF STATE- EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION”, will be deposited in any branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury and receipt number will be mentioned in the Online Application Form. Original receipt will be produced at the time of written test, if held or interview, if called after short-listing, which will be retained by PPSC.
b) Candidate should fill the ON-LINE form carefully, for which detailed Guidelines and Instructions have been given on Punjab Public Service Commission website: www.ppsc.gop.pk.
c) No HARD COPY of ON-LINE Application Form is needed.
d) Correspondence with candidates will be done through e-mail. Candidates are advised to mention their e-mails addresses in the ON-LINE Application Form. Those who do not have e-mail address are advised to create e-mail account immediately.
2. Following documents will be required, if called for interview:
a) Original Treasury receipt of fee deposited.
b) Matriculation Certificate, showing date of birth and in case of ‘O’ Level, equivalent certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad and date of birth given in school leaving certificate.
c) Intermediate Certificate / ‘A’ level along with equivalent qualification.
d) Degree / Detailed marks of relevant certificates.
e) Domicile certificate of relevant district of Province of Punjab issued on or before the closing date.
f) In case of Government Servant, the Departmental Permission Certificate (available on web site) duly signed / stamped by the competent authority of concerned Department.
g) Experience Certificate issued from competent authority.
h) Original valid C.N.I.C.
3. The number of posts may be increased or decreased at any Stage.
4. Foreign Punjab domiciled Pakistanis may also apply.
5. In case of disabled person, disability certificate duly issued by competent authority of Social Welfare Department.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates will be admitted to the written examination / test provisionally at their own risk subject to their being found eligible in all respects. On detailed scrutiny of the applications of the candidates declared successful in the written examination / test, if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect under rules, his / her candidature will be cancelled regardless of the fact whether he / she appeared in the written examination / test or qualified therein.
